We started Fintant because hiring finance talent today is still broken into three disconnected systems — recruiting, contracting, and payments. We're putting them on one platform, finance-first.
The finance function is uniquely cross-border, uniquely regulated, and uniquely dependent on deep specialisation — CFOs, controllers, FP&A leads, tax specialists, treasury, audit. None of the existing talent platforms are built for that shape.
Fintant's founding thesis is that the same platform can serve three adjacent needs — managed services, a talent marketplace, and advisory — because they share the same users, the same contracting, and the same payment rails. We build them as one system, not three.
