Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Fintant, Inc. collects, uses, and discloses information about users of the platform. This is a placeholder draft — the final text will be reviewed by counsel before production launch. Contactprivacy@fintant.aifor specific questions.

What we collect

Account data you provide on registration (name, email, country, organisation details); profile data you add (work history, certifications, banking details for payouts); and platform activity (timesheets, engagements, audit events). We also collect attribution data (UTM parameters, referral codes) when you sign up via a campaign or partner link.

How we use it

To operate the platform — matching, contracting, payments, compliance, and support. We do not sell your personal data.

Who sees it

Your profile is visible to clients when you have a complete profile and have chosen to make it visible. Internal Fintant staff see what is needed for their role, with role-based access and full audit logging. Third-party processors (payments, email, cloud storage) access only what is needed to deliver their service.

Your rights
