These terms govern your use of the Fintant platform, operated by Fintant, Inc. This is a placeholder draft — the final text will be reviewed by counsel before production launch.

Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Misuse, fraud, or any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform is prohibited.

Intellectual property

Content you upload remains yours. By using the platform, you grant Fintant a limited licence to display and process your content as needed to provide the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fintant's liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the twelve months preceding any claim. Full terms will be published after legal review.
